Badge and Program Pick-Up

All attendees and exhibitors who pre-register prior to the event will receive an email bar code confirmation. The confirmation can be scanned at the Fast Track registration counters to obtain your badge. A photo ID is required. The Official Show Program can be picked up at the information counter located near registration.

Convention Regulations

• Badges must be worn at all times and are not transferable. 
• Over the counter sales are not permitted. Orders may be taken for future delivery only. 
• For Trade Only! No one under the age of 18 will be admitted on the trade show floor. 
• Solicitation of business by companies who are not official exhibitors is prohibited during the Convention and Exposition.

International Business Center

Enhance your presence at the International CTIA WIRELESS I.T. & Entertainment 2009 convention with the International Business Center. Located in the San Diego Convention Center, international visitors will be able to pick up their pre-registered badges, register on-site or get special assistance from multilingual interpreters available to help with registration questions.

Media Center

CTIA’s Media Center is a working newsroom equipped with computers, printers, Wi-Fi, high-speed Internet access, exhibitor press kits and continental breakfast and lunch. Access to the Media Center is strictly limited to CTIA registered press. No exhibitors or attendees will be allowed access.

Remote Airline Check-in Service

That’s right! You can now check-in at the San Diego Convention Center and bypass the airport lines! This unique service allows you to check your bags and receive your boarding pass at the convention center, leaving you more time to visit the convention floor or take in more of what downtown San Diego has to offer.

Participating Airlines (Domestic flights departing after 12:00 noon only)

Rates:

• $10 per passenger (pre-enrolled)
• $15 per passenger (Day of Departure)

Safe and Secure

• The first TSA-approved remote skycap service. 
• All agents are highly trained and credentialed to issue boarding passes and print bag tags on demand. 
• Proprietary sophisticated technology is used to ensure accurate, safe and secure multi-airline baggage check-in and transport to the airport.

Flights may be checked in anytime the day of departure. Luggage must be checked a minimum of three (3) hours before scheduled flight departure.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi Internet access will be available in the lobby areas and meeting rooms of the San Diego Convention Center for $12.95 per day.

Access will be available to all attendees with Wi-Fi compatible devices while attending the International CTIA WIRELESS I.T. & Entertainment 2009 convention.
