As an exhibitor at CTIA WIRELESS I.T. & Entertainment 2008 you receive a complimentary company listing which includes a company contact with contact information and a 60-word company description. This listing will appear in the Official CTIA WIRELESS I.T. & Entertainment 2008 Show Program and Directory if submitted by Friday, June 27, 2008, after this date it will appear in the Show Program Addendum. Complete Form B in the online Exhibitor Forms Packet (EFP). DEADLINE: June 27, 2008.

The Cross Reference Directory will be printed in the Official CTIA Show Program and Directory. From Accessories to WiMAX and LTE to components, let attendees know what business categories your company is involved. Complete Form C in the online Exhibitor Forms Packet (EFP). DEADLINE: June 27, 2008.

Special Activity Listing in the Official CTIA Show Program and Directory

Having a special event, celebrity appearance or give-a-way at CTIA WIRELESS I.T. & Entertainment 2008? Complete Form D in the online Exhibitor Forms Packet (EFP) and we will include the Activity below your exhibitor description in the Official Show Program and Directory. CTIA will also send a bulletin to the CTIA Show News promoting these special activities so that attendees can be sure to stop by your booth. DEADLINE: June 27, 2008.

Media Center Interview Rooms

Interview rooms located in the Onsite Media Center may be reserved for interviews in one hour time slots throughout the show. We encourage you to plan ahead as space is limited. For reservations, please refer to the Exhibitor PR Tools online.

Onsite Press Kit Distribution

Exhibitors may drop off their hard copy press kits in the Onsite Media Center beginning Monday, September 8, 2008. CTIA does not accept shipped delivery of press kits, so exhibitors should plan to hand-deliver press kits to the Media Center. CTIA suggests bringing between 100-200 press kits to the Media Center and urges exhibitors to keep some on hand at their booths. Please consider presenting press kits on USBs or DVDs – this will save significantly on paper waste and the press appreciate them!

Pre-Registered Media List

Exhibitor PR Contacts may access the pre-registered media list approximately one month prior to the show. For further instructions, be sure to complete the Exhibitor PR Contact Form under Exhibitor PR Tools online.

Press Conference Room

CTIA makes available a press conference room for the exclusive use of CTIA WIRELESS I.T. & Entertainment 2008 exhibitors. Press conference time slots are assigned through CTIA on a first-come, first-served basis. Press conferences may not be conducted on the exhibit floor, in meeting rooms or in hotel rooms.
