Produced in partnership with MobiTechFest, CTIA Fund Fest invited budding entrepreneurs and start-ups to submit executive summaries and investor pitches for innovative mobile products and services that spanned several entry categories.

A review committee comprised of partners from top venture capitalist firms evaluated the applications and selected the five finalists who then presented on the keynote stage. Their presentations were judged by Quinn Li, managing director, Qualcomm Ventures; Rory Moore, CEO, CommNexus San Diego; and Andy Seybold, CEO and principal consultant, Andrew Seybold, Inc.
